The hotel is extremly well maintained. Rooms, toilets, common areas are very clean. Brekfast is on a very good level as well: wide variety of food starting from few types of bread, eggs, sweets etc. Relation price to quality is very satisfying.

We had a great stay! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. There’s a large parking area right next to the house, which was very convenient. A lovely bonus was being able to pick fresh fruit from the trees on the property. I truly recommend this place with all my heart!

Great place to stay in Zadar! Location was 20/25 minutes by walk from old town, a good neighborhood, quiet, and well worth the price for a little extra walk. Grocery & cafes very close by. Hosts were extra courteous and easy to contact. The place had literally everything you could need and more in regards to amenities!

Great location - cafes, atm, and a corner shop are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets, beaches, and inner-city attractions are still just a stone-throw away. Breakfast is plenty and served in the garden patio area. Parking is available inside the property - secure and ample, however, be careful driving in/out as the street and the pavement can be busy. Zoran and his Mom are your hosts and are super-friendly people. For advice on literally everything just ask them; let it be an extra pillow to your room, sights to visit, or parking.
