I liked everything. The location was perfect. Both the hotel and the room were clean. I was traveling alone so the room was perfect in terms of size however I could imagine for two people it maybe a bit too tight. I was staying on the second floor and could not hear the noise of the street. The mattress was very firm which is a positive surprise. I loved the free tea/coffee and water service in the lobby!

Staff was super kind. I had a long journey and arrived super tired and way too early. Staff made sure I was comfortable until I could get the room, (which I could move in a bit earlier than usual). I had several requests and they helped me with everything I asked for. Staff is knowledged about city attractions, they answered all questions. Hotel is bigger but still cozy and in the middle of the city centre. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Location is perfect - close to the city center but away from the noise of the main streets. We came here with a car and parked it close by, parking was 15 euros a day. Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. They have thought about every detail. Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was 10/10. There were lots of options and all were tasty.
