Great location, walkable distance to the city center, also close to the metro station (M2). Hotel was very clean, mattress was firm and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and fresh. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. They offer a complementary coffee or tea, which is awesome to bring with you while exploring the city.

We loved staying at Hotel Moments. We got upgrade of the room offer and it was amazing. The room was spacious, with balcony and amazing view. The Hotel itself has a style, and fantastic Lebanese restaurant downstairs. We had a pre wedding lunch and it was phenomenal. Also the Hotel is centrally located and meters away from National Opera. Everything was beautiful !

The hotel is located in a great position to reach a lot of points o interest (St Stephan's Basilica, Various Museums, New York Cafe, etc) by foot, which was great. The room was pretty spacious, bigger than your average hotel room, sporting a big screen smart tv, large bed (which was decently comfy) and tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was 10/10 - they even have a chocolate fountain (for those who fancy high sugar intakes in the morning) and the coffee machine made a pretty good cappuccino which can be configured according to one's tastes.

We had a free upgrade to the higher category from a room to a suite, the service, the staff and the room were amazing. The coffee machine was not working but it was replaced by new one right away. The brakfast was also very good. And I must say that the beds and pillows are very comfy.

We liked everything and we would stay there again. Rooms are small but well equiped with everything one might need. The location is very central. A major thank you to the staff who were very helpful in addressing our requests by email and prepared our rooms before the check in hour.
