The staff are very friendly and helpful. We requested for a slice of cake for my daughter’s birthday and they came as a group to sing birthday song to her. Lovely! It is also very near to Batu Secret Zoo. We can see part of the Drive Through Zoo from the hotel premises, which was a really nice surprise!
