To be honest, nearly everything was perfect in our eyes. The room (and especially the bathroom) was beautiful. The staff was exceptionally nice, welcoming and service minded. The quality of the restaurant was very very high, both in terms of taste and presentation. We had our best food here, and we tried quite a lot at other places. The beach was the best on the island, the pool was great as well.

Beautiful place. Great location!!! Huge rooms. Food at the restaurant was incredible. Breakfast was huge!!! A bit of a walk, so be prepared (we thought we missed it, as it's farther than we thought) but worth it!

I don’t even know where to begin. Some friends recommended Captain Coconuts to me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This place is a magical oasis with such a calming, grounding energy. A space where you can truly breathe, recharge, and feel at home. I loved it so much that I kept extending my stay and ended up staying for months. The team here has become like a second family. Every single day I saw them go out of their way to help guests with any requests, questions, or recommendations. It became almost a morning routine to see them help someone extend their stay ;) They genuinely care, and they are the heart of this place. I am normally not a dorm person, but I just loved the hanging beds, waking up to fresh air and daylight. Honestly the best sleep I have had in my life. Everything is super clean. Beds freshly made daily and bathrooms cleaned twice a day. Oh and the food is absolutely delicioussss. The location is perfect: quiet, away from busy streets, and just a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach on the island.

We loved it here! Everything was perfect. The house felt very new, large pool which was very clean, the location was really good (close to many good warungs and not too far from the beach with many restaurants). The staff were super kind, helpful and always greeted us with a smile, always making us feel special. Also, the breakfast was amazing - we really enjoyed that we could first start with a coffee (delivered to our terrace) and later order the food, fruit, juice, more coffee… if we come back to Gili Air, we will definitely stay here again. 100% recommend!

Bright and chill atmosphere, a short walk to beach. We extended our stay 1 night more. Staffs are very helpful and kind - arranged our day trip to Lombok in a reasonable price and ensured our safe all along. helped us to get a medicine in the midnight and needed a medicine promptly

Excellent and cozy, you get value for money . Lovely and friendly personel. Great service. Beautiful trees for shadow sp you can enjoy the Beach all day. And We met Mr. Turtle every morning just in front og the hotel. Amazing and great snorkling with many fish from the beach if you swim out a bit.
