We stayed in the hotel for couple of nights. We accidentally found this hotel as a replacement for.previously canceled villa. We travel a lot incl. carrabeans, Europe, Africa and Asia. We stayed in various hotels even top luxury ones. This hotel is nice, good looking, and clean - really nothing to complain about. The one thing and the reason I'm writing this review is staff. I have never seen such greatly dedicated staff! They can organize everything - just to give you an example: the pool was already closed they said if.we are silent we can still use it, and they brought us drinks and meal for the kids to the pool! The level of engagement and kindness is crazy! The other thing that is surprisingly good is restaurant - the food is delicious! The breakfast is worth every penny- just to compare the quality is somewhere close to super expensive boutique hotels in Tulum. I really recommend staying in this hotel!

Amazing, not the brand new but it’s well maintained sparkling clean and with amazing pool (open all the time), restaurant with great food and away from noise but still 5 min by bike to center. Outside area is super pleasant and stuff… best stuff ever, best care for customers and great communication before and during stay.

The place was very nice. The room is big and clean. There is a shared kitchen and fridge that you can use. The owner was welcoming and always ready to answer your questions. We had a lovely stay there!
