I have been here multiple times and it is always wonderful. Kadek and all her staff are so lovely and accommodating . The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and cleaned every day . There is a kitchen you can use and the breakfasts supplied are delicious . You can walk safely as a solo female traveller to central Ubud or you can easily get transport.

We really enjoyed staying at The Alena a Pramana Experience. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, comfy bed and relaxing room. The resort is beautiful, so many plants and flowers, it feels like you are in the jungle. We plan to visit again when we back again in Ubud.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available with a smile. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, including arranging scooter rentals with ease. Our stay at Sanctoo was amazing! An exceptional experience on all levels, the place, the location, the staff, the food… We have booked the villa with private pool. It was spacious, spotless and well designed. What made our experience even more special, was the incredible service. Every staff member was warm, attentive and helpful and especially Eka, Dewi, Yuro, Rifki, Indra, Yogi, Komang Ayu, Sekar and Dekuid who mostly served us during our stay. We felt genuinely cared for. The place we stayed was right in the center of Ubud, which made it super easy to explore the whole area. There were so many restaurants and cafes nearby, and even though we were in the heart of Ubud, our room wasn't right next to the main road, so it wasn't noisy. The room was really spacious and kept clean, which was great. They cleaned it every day and changed the towels and sheets frequently, which was a big plus. The breakfast options were good too, and they had a few different choices to pick from. Wayan and his wife, who were the hosts, were amazing. They made our one-month stay awesome. Whenever we needed help, they were there for us. They also gave us a lot of useful information about Ubud and Balinese culture. They even arranged laundry service, scooter rental, and taxis if we needed. We highly recommend this guesthouse, but more importantly, we highly recommend this wonderful family!
