United KingdomThe villa was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and the private pool was great fun. The location was very peaceful, and we didn’t hear any noise overnight. Beds were comfortable and rooms were really nicely done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange transfers to activities we wanted to do on the island. The beach here was quiet, clean and very beautiful. The hotel food was nice and the restaurant has a lovely beach view. There are also food options in Lagoi which is only 5mins away in a taxi and the taxi cost very little. The hotel arranged taxis for us which made it super easy to pop in when we wanted to pick bits up. Information online is fairly scarce about Lagoi, so for info we found warung yeah! Which is a reasonably priced eatery offering a pretty extensive menu at a smaller cost than the resort hotels, and we found a bbq place in Lagoi. There are also some street vendors selling world food options, again for a good price. There is also a bar but that was on the pricey side. You could easily eat in Lagoi for a good price. Alternatively if travelling further afield the restaurants at Nirwana Gardens were lovely and about 15mins away by taxi. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Also love the shampoo so we bought the whole set in the hotel shop. will visit again and try Spa next time

The team were quick to respond to queries on Whatsapp prior to my booking, and all coordination efforts were swift. Crew gave great recommendations and it was easy to book car rides out to explore the city as well. Facilities wise, amazing. We could totally stay in the whole day because the beds were comfortable, and the pool/ garden were relaxing. Breakfast had a decently huge selection and amazing local treats.
