The facilities and staff were amazing!! The staff really make your stay and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We had intended to leave and visit the local town but it was so lovely we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the resort. We did have a massage and would definitely recommend!

We loved having the porch with chairs & table. The breakfast each morning was very nice. Having the pool as an option (even though we rarely used it) was nice.

The villa is really nice. The pool area and the garden are just heaven. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose again for a stay in Sanur. Close to main road with restaurants and shops, beach as well, but still away from the noise.

We really like its incredible atmosphere and privacy that Klumpu Bali Resort offers. Staff was always very polite and helpful in every way. The Villa was very clean, spacious and cleaned twice a day. Pool area was also beatiful and great. A complimentary afternoon tea with the dessert was veeeery nice as well as afternoon's sweet surprise in the room :) Breakfast could be ordered to the terrase via whatsup which was really comfortable. Location is really good - close to restaurants, car/motorbike rent, shops and beach as well. Everything was just few steps away. Everything and everyone there was perfect. Thank you for an exceptional stay, for us it was just top experience. It is a piece of paradise!

My mom and I stayed in one of the non-private villas and we had such a lovely time there. It was such amazing big suite with an amazing bathroom. It is close to so many things and the location provides free transportation in the Sanur area, even though a lot can be walked as well, it was very convenient. We were welcomed by such attentive staff and the complementary afternoon tea was so nice. It felt like a little paradise and totally wished we could have stayed longer.
