Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Trolly staff member mister Budi, is so friendly and so helpful. Restaurant staff miss Vale is super friendly and gorgeous woman 🥰. Food and service is great! My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits. At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone. Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job. AAA+++

We really enjoyed our stay at the Merlynn Park Hotel. The hotel is superbly equipped, and we slept very well there. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very helpful, always asking if everything was okay. The breakfast is exceptionally delicious, and there's an incredibly large selection. It's really good!
