Customer service was amazing. Facilities very clean and the gym is quite big with many equipment. Breakfast was tasty. It is very near to Senayang mall and you can go underground to reach each within 10 min walking.

All. Room was very nice and new, bed was confortable. Pool Is perfect and are also present some sunbeds, dedicated showers and jim. Since out flight was in the evening, the staff let us stay in the pool and use the showers also After our check out Very nice hall and nice smell all around

Best Hotel I ever was, the breakfast was the best I ever experienced and I do travel a lot. Many different dishes to chosse from, real good coffee, real fruit juices and each day other dishes. The staff is the friendliest you can imagine. Best Aircon I ever had, individually perfect adjustable. Comfy bed and very clean. Roomservice is fast and delicious. On top is a rooftop Bar and a pool. I specially liked that I could open the window, even I stayed in the 12th floor and the curtans reallyblock light. You don't hear banging doors and in the hallway is carpet. I totally recomend this place

Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and welcoming. king deluxe room was very modern, nice and comfortable. The Dinner was Amazing and the breakfast was really good.

I loved everything about the hotel. breakfast was good. staffs were friendly. I came here for the exhibition and the underground tunnel walkway to the exhibition centre was made it much easier for me to walk to and fro easily. the area was safe. the rooms were clean. I booked a simpler room on the first day, but they gave us an upgrade for free to match with other booking days.

We had a very nice stay at Merlynn Park. The hotel is a little bit on the older side, but everything you need is there. It's comfortable and the people are extremely helpful. The breakfast was superb!
