We loved the fact that it was an old hotel and we liked the style and decor of the original building. There was a lovely atmosphere there. The staff were very friendly and helpful . We were also upgraded to a suite which we appreciated. The secure car parking was a nice addition.

Staff are superb! Professional, friendly, helpful and super efficient. We were upgraded to an apartment to ensure we had a quiet room which was really considerate. Spotless room with all the conveniences, great food at onsite restaurant, walking distance to train and lovely garden location.

It was all lovely - from staff, restaurant/bar, leisure club & spa. The scenery from the room was great! It was for a birthday, and they gave us a champagne in the room and sweet decorations. We had a relaxing stay.

Check in was quick and easy. We went straight to our apartment once we were checked in and omg the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Both myself and my three friends said that we would definitely stay again but maybe during the summer and we'd do two nights the next time. It was spotless clean, the beds were so comfy, it was so spacious. It was just a lovely night away. Can't fault on anything.
