Amazing place! In the center of the old city. Very beautiful house, a comfortable and beautiful room, and a great view from the rooftop. And the most important thing: hosts Emil and Michel (owner's grandson) were extremely nice and helpful.

The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, the rooms are nice enough. Tiberias is really just a perch to see the Gallilee so, despite the fact that the town is nothing great, the hotel is a fabulous base for exploring the area.

The stay happened during the war, and for an ability to operate in this time, providing both for internally displaced people from all over the border housed at the hotel, and for the guests, the hotel shall be commended. 🏨 The room was nice, clean, with a nice balcony with a view. The bathroom had a large bathtub. It was very quiet, and wi-fi worked well. 📷 There's access to the roof with a great panoramic view (for now at least, as there's construction going on in front of the hotel). 🍳 The breakfast is great, with much variety, and with good timing. I was warned not to be late, but even arriving ten minutes before breakfast end everything was available. 🗺️ The hotel is within a short walk to the bus terminal, and the promenade with public beaches are just meters away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 💸 The price for the stay was very reasonable. Note that if you are not an Israeli citizen the price would be without VAT and even better.

Aviv Holiday Flat is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Tiberias. The air-conditioned rooms offer a 40'' flat-screen TV, a kitchenette and balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
