The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

    Really lovely property set well away from the roads. We arrived and were upgraded to a superior room with a comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast was good with Indian and western dishes available. The owner really helped us with our onward travel which were really grateful for. This accommodation is set away from shops and restaurants but you can easily get a taxi or tuk tuk

    the breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and of high quality. The spa area was phenomenal, my dad enjoyed the male section and me, my sister and my mum enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The bathrooms were so well appointed and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were second to none and also they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! was really touched! The staff there, at each level and department, went over and beyond - this was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip!
