Beautiful hotel with the best service

Room was big and spacious. Bathrooms were maintained well and clean. Breakfast was a wide spread.

We had an excellent experience at Park Hyatt Chennai. All staff were courteous and welcoming providing great memories during checkin process, stay and dining. Needless to mention great service by the house keeping staff too.

Very special thanks to Ashwini - when she heard that I had to wear a sari for one of the big functions, she very kindly offered to help me drape it. I am not comfortable wearing a saree and thanks to her, she came over to my room and draped it so very beautifully for me. I was so grateful. The entire team was outstanding. Every single person made sure our stay was pleasant and checked up on us on a regular basis. From the chefs, the housekeeping crew and the security and concierge, we were truly overwhelmed by the warm hospitality.

House keeping was excellant and on time, The person in charge was Mr Subash. The concierge was also excellant. The person in charge was Mr. Danial. Breakfast buffet was good. SPA was excellant too.

The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly, the breakfast great and the location awesome.

The dining staff was very courteous and generous. Especially Mr Hari. Out of the way, He provided with bread and toast late night for my 3 yr old daughter as we had come from outside and she wasn't having anything.

It's a luxury hotel, very close to the DLF Cybercity business complex. The rooms are big, with a comfortable bed and a decent-sized desk. The bathroom is very big, having both a bathtub and a large shower. There's a spacious wardrobe for clothes, with an ironing board and an iron. They have cleaning services, as well as room service. The breakfast is in the Waterside restaurant, which is open 24/7 and has a large selection of dishes, both Indian and international. There's also a spa, with decent prices for massages and other procedures.
