The hotel design is timeless, with all the grandeur and styles of old Delhi. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous and anything needed was available. The breakfast was exceptional, with buffet and a la carte available. The rooms were well designed and comfortable. A complete delight.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted like kings, treated like royalty, and cared for like Bollywood stars. The pool area is ideal for both adults and children, and the playful monkey appearances add a charming touch. Keep an eye out for the General Manager and the Head Concierge — both are outstanding and truly elevate the guest experience. While the food was decent (not extraordinary), it’s the personalised service that sets this hotel apart - even a cake with my face on it. Every moment felt thoughtful and curated. The rooms were also exceptional — spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

Food was amazing! Lovely rooms. Very attentive staff. We stayed during Diwali and the hotel was beautifully decorated. We had read other reviews and were concerned regarding getting to Haveli due to taxis being unable to reach the doors. We were dropped at the police station on Heritage Road an 2 minute walk from the Haveli and were met by hotel porters so no problems with finding hotel. Had read other reviews saying food expensive and limited menu. We thought it was very well priced and great menu. Best food we had in India!
