The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff prepared to assist when required. Conversationally, some staff members provided a lovely personal touch to our stay. Also, I am ready to listen and act upon any feedback in a proactive manner. The rooms are quiet, with windows with considerable natural light available. We sat outside by little pools with fountains, under a pavilion roof. The waiters were super nice, and the selection was excellent. We were able to order fresh juices, as well as teas & coffees.
