All the staff, without exception treated us impeccably. It felt totally natural and they had pride in their jobs. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. Lovely adult only pool on the roof (another for the whole family on the other side of the hotel) We had a wonderful ayurvedic massage at very reasonable cost.

Amazing location (like a paradise) for nature-loving people. Very peaceful, you can chill out after sightseeing or trekking. Lots of birds (especially in the morning), trees and other plants (like pepper and cardamon). Ten minutes away is a waterfall and two other places where you can spend time by the river. In the evening you can watch the night sky full of stars. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, you can also order (besides breakfast) delicious homemade lunches and dinners. And there is a gentle and playful labrador and two cats in the garden :) We had spacious, clean room with a balcony and mountain view. Bathroom was also big and tidy. You can get from here to Munnar by public bus (Anaviratty bus stop by the main road) or to 2nd Mile (Randa Mile) to see wonderful Kathakali and Kalaripayattu show (Punarjani Traditional Village). Quite close is Pettimudi View Point. Another attraction (but further) are the wild elephants in Anakulam (they come to drink water from a river). For backpackers: we got here from Kochi (Ernakulam) by bus (the stop is in Adimaly, but you can take a rickshaw from here directly to homestay or you can check if there is a local bus from Adimaly to Anaviratty).

Property is very good and comfortable. We had the jacuzzi room which has stunning views and it’s a perfect getaway for a couple. Staff is also very good and helpful.

Fantastic place to rest in the middle of tea plantation. Guest can roam among tea bushes, that was so cool :D View from balcony was amazing. Hotel is a bit away from town, so one need to arrange transport, but thanx to that it is calm and quiet. Very nice and helpful staff.

The view is stunning, and the place is wonderfully quiet while still being close to the city (15 minutes by tuk-tuk / 10 minutes from the bus stop). The food was excellent, and breakfast varied each day — with toast, butter, jam, and omelette for the Western touch, plus an Indian dish. There are also other good restaurants nearby if you feel like a change. We were looking for a peaceful place to rest away from the hustle and bustle, and it was perfect. There are some beautiful walks in the area, where you can explore cardamom plantations, incredible forests with huge trees, and of course, tea plantations. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended
