It was lovely staying at the Radisson Jass Shimla, and I must say, the property is absolutely stunning! The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and courteous, making the entire experience even more memorable. A special shout-out to Rakesh & Sudiksha who checked us in. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable right from the start. The restaurant staff was also wonderful and ensured that all our needs were met. Gorgeous property, the excellent staff, or the wonderful food, everything about this place made for an unforgettable experience!

    Incredibly beautiful location amidst sich lovely hills and forest. Staff is very well trained, warm and cordial, everyone from the front desk, the waiting staff as well as the house keeping are extremely helpful! The heated pool and jacuzzi expericene is amazing!
