What a beautiful property! We only stayed a night but wish we could have stayed a few more. Very comfortable room, beautiful views and the grounds are magically serene. Looks as if there are lots of lovely walks & activities to do. Staff were lovely and very accomodating when we arrived late in the evening and breakfast was delicious! Would love to return here with a little more time.

The food was amazing, Paolo was a friendly and attentive host, and the location was beautiful and easy to get to hikes around the valley and mountains.

The breakfast was very very good. The variety of fresh fruit was excellent. The taste of the eggs was so fresh and the pastries were delicous too. Accompanied by coffee that is madee for your taste was the best treat. And we loved sitting in the courtyard enjoying it with family.

The Hotel dei Duchi is in the historical centre of Spoleto, looking out onto the Roman Theatre and situated within the gardens of the Ancajani Park.

I stayed in the hotel with my family for one night (19.07.-20.07.2024), I could have stayed longer if I had known how cool this place is and the vacation would have been longer. The hotel has magnificent, breathtaking views across the valley in two directions. Breakfast is classic Italian, as it should be. The coffee tasted good and the views from the breakfast terrace were fantastic. There are several places to eat dinner and a supermarket within a short drive. A good bonus is the pool where you can cool off from the hot summer weather. The manager is a very friendly and very positive person.☀️ Thank you!🙏 I definitely recommend this place.

The pool and the food especially but the room is as tastefully decorated and furnished.bathroom was very modern and plenty of cosmetics such as soap and shower products.Excellent air conditioning!

This hotel is honestly my top 1, it is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. It is incredibly beautiful, relaxing, and detail oriented. Our room was stunning, perfect size, the pool is beautiful and so calm. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was next level (and the offer plant-based options) Also, the parking is covered with solar panels, and they offer EV charging stations. I have nothing but praise for this place.

Completely renovated in 2011, Hotel Charleston is set in a 17th-century building in Spoleto’s historical centre, next to the Modern and Contemporary Arts Museum.
