we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a balcony and so glad that we did. it was so lovely looking out over the mountains. I definitely think it is worth the extra money to get a balcony with view. the bed was also incredibly comfortable. the spa was also great value and enjoyable after a hike. service was great too

Our room is very spacious, including a balcony, clean and well equipped. Though most furniture are made of wood, they are incredibly well maintained and functioning, and even better than the ones in most modern hotels I have stayed in. The towels were thick and comfy. The restaurant connected with the hotel was awesome. We stayed there during low season and everywhere was tranquil.

Loved this hotel in the center of my favorite town in Italy. This was my 2nd stay here and it was wonderful. Had a perfect room with a balcony overlooking the Dolomites and she even has Dyson blow driers in the room!
