The hotel is in the core of the city center on the third and fourth floor of the old residential building. The room was very nice and everything was perfectly clean. The guy from the reception was very helpful, we came late in the evening, he helped us the luggage and he ordered us a pizza because at that time nothing was working nearby and we were very hungry.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and smiling; the room was very good (fantastic high ceilings); breakfast was very complete, and the location, at the heart of the old town, couldn't be better.

This property is a 2-minutes walk from the sea and from the historical parks. Hotel Esperia is 100 m away from Nervi's promenade.

It was the highlight of our trip staying here! The staff are lovely, the location is fabulous, and the breakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and were great about giving information on the best ways to explore the coast. The rooms are a little rundown, however, they were tidy, clean, and the views out the window were exceptional.
