Are you looking for the perfect hotel stay in Tuscany? Greve in Chianti is one of the most beautiful Tuscan towns, and Castello Vicchiomaggio is the undoubtedly the ultimate hotel in the area. We stayed in a family room which was recently renovated to a very high standard. New bathrooms with beautiful fittings, kept in pristine condition daily by the cleaning staff. If you can’t secure a room at the hotel (it is fully booked in the summer), make sure you book a dinner at the castle. The food and service is wonderful, and they often have a professional pianist play on their grand piano. It is an incredible experience. Overall 10/10.

Me and my girlfriend had the most delightful stay at this charming Agriturismo! From the moment we walked in, the warm and attentive staff made us feel like family. Their genuine hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to our experience: from the first step in with fresh water and a smile for Olivia, our dog, to the end of the day when we were welcomed with a delicious glass of wine. This Agriturismo provide a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. I can't say enough about the exceptional service and friendly demeanor of the staff, with a special mention for Walid: whether it was recommendations for nearby attractions or simply engaging in conversations, they went above and beyond to make us feel like cherished guests. If you're looking for a memorable getaway with a touch of personalized care, this place is an absolute gem.

A lovely, family run hotel in a great, market square location. The restaurant overlooks the square. The food is superb and the staff so friendly and helpful. It’s a real find and we will be back soon!

Fantastic location to stay. Close to Castellina, in the middle of nature and super quiet. The views from both the terrace and swimmingpool area are amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, would definitely recommend to book this place with breakfast. The apartment was very spacious and cosy, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, very clean. We did a wine tasting, I would also definitely recommend to do that, super nice. We didn’t want to leave :-)

Loved the rooms, the breakfast and the pool was amazing! Lovely staff - especially at reception and also Koba at the winebar. Lovely that one is able to purchase wine by the glass at the winebar. Overall a brilliant stay! Spa massages were also lovely!
