We were totally amazed by the hospitality in this hotel. It is not located in the center, but there are plenty ways for a transport. They gave us a room with a balcony next to the cute garden and the housekeepers were really polite and made our stay perfect.

We are still not 100% sure if this place is even real. This villa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff were amazing. The room was clean with freshly pressed bedsheets and the softest towels ever. The location is beautiful. The villa is a mesmerising place with an interesting story behind it and a whole lot of history that a friendly member of staff explained us after taking us up to the 5th floor to enjoy the view from the belvedere. This is an absolutely amazing place to stay that's near Rome and Gandolfo, very safe and calm, with the most amazing staff doing their best to offer the guests the best experience in hospitality (the red-haired lady at the reception was the kindest person ever we encountered on our travels — stra simpatica!). We also had free parking, and breakfast was included, which was more than just decent and delicious. All of this was included within a price that was more than reasonable, if not dirt cheap for such an experience, and a show of respect and kindness that was unparalleled during our extensive trip through the regions of middle Italy. I absolutely recommend this place, and we will definitely stay here again when the first opportunity to come back to Italy arises.

Hotel Piccolo Borgo is 500 metres from Capannelle Train Station. Located next to the Appian Way Regional Park on the outskirts of Rome, it was once a farmhouse. Parking is free.

The hotel was great for my expectations. I was there travelling and was in the hotel just for a shower and to sleep. Although the hotel is not central less then 10 min walk there is a train station. I used it to go to central Rome (approx 40min each way)and back. Tickets can be bought from the bar on the way down, just opposite the station. Some signs will help to find the station.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with everything. This was the best accommodation we've ever been in. There was a lot of kind of food we could choose from for breakfast. The view from the window was spectacular. The bed was very comfortable. The city center is relatively close and it's really cheap to travel there by train. Ciampino Airport is even closer. The nearest supermarket is in a 15-20 minutes distance (on foot). The neighborhood is really calming and nice. The check-in process was easy and it was simple to find our room. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

The managers were really cool people, which is great because it is a small town so we bumped into each other a few times. The accommodation is very charming and secure. The huge bed is very comfy, the lake view is so beautiful to wake up to and there's a little enclosed balcony with a nice street view too. The town is on the side of the crater so there are stairs and hills and I think it adds to the charm. Plenty of space for luggage, good water pressure and good wifi. I really loved staying here and I would again. I am a woman travelling a alone so sometimes I feel a little uneasy in places but I felt very safe here. It is accessible by public transport

B&B Galleria is located in the centre of Frascati, 350 metres from the train station, from where trains to Rome Termini Station take around 30 minutes.

Perfect location in the center of Frascati old town. The room planning of the apartment is very functional, ergonomic and practical, but at the same time cozy. Good idea to use hangers instead of a big wardrobe, as well as open shelves instead of closets - to have a good overview on belongings and avoid forgetting. Breakfast is tasty and optimal, very good coffee!
