Amazing!!! Great Breakfast and very helpful and nice owner. There is a big courtyard with free parking, and free wifi. Very short distance to train station and plenty of buses to Venice. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend it!!!

The rooms are very nicely designed. The beds are large and comfy. The hotel is next to the canal so some room has a canal view. The staff is friendly and professional. The hotel has an amazing cocktail bar, you must try their signature cocktails. The hotel is in an area that is not so touristic (by Venice standards). Streets around the hotel are not crowded so you can walk and enjoy Venice properly. On the other hand, it is not too far from the main attractions.
