Really good breakfast, extra friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nicely done. The location is great and easy to find. They enable cheap parking, and they were really friendly to allow us leave the car a couple of hours more than the checkout. Recommend!

We were staying at the family suite. The beds are very comfy, the room was extra clean and we had plenty of space for 5 people. The facilities are all new and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Access to Venice is from a 2 minutes walk bus station and we could purchase the tickets right at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay in Ai Pini hotel!

Convenient location, there is transport to Venice to get there, very friendly staff, they explain everything clearly and in detail so that there are no problems with orientation. The bed is comfortable, our room also had an exit to the roof as a terrace, which was even more enjoyable.
