The hotel is located close to the train station. Just a few minutes walk. The staff is really nice. I have to leave very early the next morning, they prepared a nice lunch in advance for me. The room is clean and comfortable. Thank you so much

Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course.
