Everything is great, the lady who is at the reception desk is so kind and wonderful. The breakfast is also nice. And it is a quite place but near the bus station to Venezia, a 6-min walk to the train station.

    The villa is lovely place, relaxing quiet garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was really nice, much bigger than expected and sleeping there was lovely. The style and design of the apartment was really nice and I have to praise amazing hosts- the room was ready despite we arrived 2 hours earlier. Also they allowed kids to be in the pool outside official hours. Overall, the whole place is really charming and a bus stop for the connections to Venice is right in front of the house.
