    Extremely friendly staff, I received an upgrade of my room even without asking for it. The breakfast is superb in a palace room.

    The hotel was nice, spacious. Great size room. The only downside was the bar and restaurant were not open which was not stated at the time of booking. So for lunch or dinner you had walk to the centre which was 10-15 minutes. But breakfast was lovely and staff was amazing very good helping with local restaurant recommendations and transport in the area.

    THE DESK CLERK WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SHE UPGRADED OUR ROOMS TO DOUBLE STANDARD AS SHE SAID THEY ARE NEVER BUSY ON WEEKENDS. I AM GLAD SHE DID BECAUSE EVEN THE DOUBLE WAS INCREDIBLY SMALL - CAN;T IMAGINE WHAT THE SIZE ON A STANDARD SINGLE WOULD HAVE BEEN.
