This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooms were warm, cosy, and inviting, making me feel right at home. The strong internet connection allowed me to work efficiently all day. Plus, having a fantastic restaurant within walking distance for lunch and dinner was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location in the historic center, close to the port and restaurants. Our room had a terrace with great views. On the terrace there were also a zink and a stove (which we did not use).

We loved the location of Palazzo Indelli. It is situated directly on the main piazza. Where you will find restaurants, bars, gelateria's right at your door step. We loved our evening drinks in the lobby bar. Massimiliano was an amazing bartender. his Violetta was the best drink I've ever had. The breakfast was perfect. The employees at the front desk were always there to help. I would definitely come back to Palazzo Indelli

The location in the old city overlooking the Adriatic Sea is stunning. It is only a short walk inside the walls and easy to access. We had our breakfast served on the rooftop every morning. Superb views and such friendly staff. We had the king suite with balcony which was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The reception staff were available via WhatsApp which was easy to communicate and order things like ice, Prosecco etc. We were late on our arrival due to flight delay but the staff stayed until we arrived at midnight, met our taxi and helped with our bags to the room. Just simply outstanding service and always with a smile. Access into the apartments is only a few steps. There is a spiral staircase to the rooftop which was easy to navigate.
