Hotel staff and breakfast buffet were exceptional. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. There was a nice tub in the bathroom, quality adjustable windows, and blackout curtains. The weather was a little rainy and the hotel conveniently had umbrellas by the door. We were kindly given a compllimentary bus pass.

Cosy and friendly, great view from the balcony and it was very peaceful. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Mini bar selection was good as was the surprise of afternoon tea.

    We got upgraded to a lovely room with a view of the mountains. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was especially good. Breakfast was a good spread and the staff were very friendly.

    Lovely sauna and relaxation rooms which we unfortunately arrived too late to enjoy. I suggest making the most of this place and arrive early! Breakfast was superb! Way better than anywhere else we were that week. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, rashers, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes. I would go simply for the breakfast. I think we got a very good deal start of June in shoulder season.

    Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious! The hotel also provided a complimentary 7 day public transport pass for us which was very thoughtful. Enjoyed using the infrared sauna facilities in the wellness centre. We had mentioned that we were on our honeymoon when we booked and were delighted that they offered us a free upgrade when we arrived. Would stay here again if we ever return to ortisei.

    Beds were comfy, breakfasts were really great! We took up the option of using the local pool 1 afternoon after a hike- would definitely recommend this- lovely outdoor pools- really nice way to relax. Hotel is in a great location, approximately 5 minute walk from most places in Ortisei (lifts, restaurants, supermarket). If you can we would probably recommend spending a bit more and having access to a balcony, we didn't but with hindsight probably would have used it.
