    The room was spacious and comfortable . It was 2 minutes from the cathedral and near many lovely restaurants. The owner , Serena was exceptionally helpful and we will definitely return and even upgrade as there are some wonderful rooms there.

    The property was in an incredible location with amazing views and we were very impressed with the space that we were staying in. Sabrina is a brilliant host and was very helpful in suggesting places for breakfast lunch and dinner and the bottle of wine and biscuits for us in the room was a lovely touch and very much appreciated, she was communicating with us throughout our arrival day as we were travelling via train from Rome she was also kind enough to come and pick us up from the train station.

    Location fairly close to Orvieto was good, the room was lovely with a balcony view of the premises and surrounding valley was nice at sunset. We had a beautiful 4 course meal at the restaurant on site very special for our anniversary 😊our hosts were pleasant the lack of English language was challenging at times though, the weather was very cold when we were there but the heating was quite adequate to warm the room, lovely surroundings and beautifully laid out property
