Everything, We loved our stay in Residenza il Punto in Perugia. The staff first of all, they were very friendly. When we arrived, after we checked in, when we went into our room, it was an amazing and very specious room. The room was quite large, with an amazing view. We had a balcony which it had some special views. The area was very calm there. The bathroom was large, and it had a big window, which helps to take the humidity out. There is a private parking (which you need to pay) and it feels secure. It's 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are also some spots outside, but im not sure that you were allowed to stay more than check in check out there. We also forgot a wall charger there, which they managed to send it towards Modena for us, however due to this postal service being so idiotic, we couldnt take the charger with. But i believe the lady from the front desk made everything in her power for us to receive it, even though we never had the chance to retrieve it. Thank you so much. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us. We would love to return and be guests of this beautiful place in the future. Book ASAP, since it's worth it.

I have been to Perugia many times, and stayed in many hotels. Hotel Morlacchi was a unique experience. It is a historic hotel in a great location but the best thing about it is the charming and unforgettable father + son duo that run it. They personally care for their guests and make them feel at home (above and beyond expectations). I will be recommending it to all of my friends and colleagues in the future, saying that they should book early because they'll be lucky to stay here.

Good hotel, from the outside looks like a bit old but inside it's clean and good looking. The room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a few day's stay. Underground garage, which is a big plus. However, the strongest point of this place is the staff, they're amazing, super helpful, friendly and very professional. :)

Although the exterior of this grand building has deteriorated since Wagner stayed here in 1880, the interior has been upgraded. Our room had a very modern bathroom but much of the decorative ceiling artwork was still intact. A great view. Perfect location. Big terrace and Armin, the manager was very helpful and friendly communicating in excellent English.
