Location is wonderfully central in Pisa, and in addition the building and garden are just lovely, rooms very nice and clean. The small scale gives a very personal touch. The personnel was very nice and friendly.

Amazing!!! We loved everything, the welcoming treatment, the information provided, the room decoration and size , great location and lovely breakfast 💕. We were concerned at the beginning since the location is central and there were some reviews mentioning noise… but we didn’t find this an issue and we are traveling with a toddler and a 8 m.o. we had no problem sleeping nor the boys.

The House is absolutely great!! not a B&B, because the size of this old and beautiful building is amazing!. We love the room, the high roof and the space. Very clean, tidy and lovely. The staff is very friendly, nice and open. My partner is Italian, and for her coming back home was delicious. She loved our accommodation, and so did I. Totally worth it and I would recommend it to everyone!.

The place was clean and comfortable, and having a parking spot. We arrived quite late, but the staff kindly waited for us after 9 PM, which we really appreciated. Our room was on the ground floor, so no need to carry luggage up stairs. Breakfast was decent, and overall, for the price, there’s really nothing to complain about.
