Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!

The hotel is an amazing place for the families. They have an animator and a special play room where children can play together. The entire staff is very children friendly and they remain very flexible and understanding. Food is delicious but remember to book a table at the reception as they get busy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (not new but clean and comfortable). There is a ski bus which takes to the cable car station. Lastly, we would like thank Dawid who was in charge of the restaurant for being an amazing host - we will not forget you.
