Beautiful Guest House. Very comfortable room with terrace, where we could enjoy some nibbles for lunch and enjoy the view of Mount Circeo. Spacious bathroom with spa bath (as well as shower) which was a treat after rowing on the lake! Loved walk-in closet. Everything nice and clean. Tasty Italian breakfasts and very friendly service - going above and beyond being helpful. We felt really looked after. The "language barrier" was not a barrier at all 😁 Would happily go back there. Grazie mille! Little tip: must visit Cantina Sant'andrea while you're there for amazing regional wines.

The host was so very friendly and welcoming and kept in touch before we arrived. We were leaving early, so she left our breakfast out. The homemade apple cake was delicious! The pool area was fantastic and only a 2 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, a nice clean room, good restaurant and breakfast. I would have liked to stay longer than just one night. Parking was a bonus.

Beautiful little property in the country with a delicious restaurant on site with many farm to table dishes. They make their own olive oil, jams, olive pate, wine, and honey. They also have an assortment of vegetables. We enjoyed two dinners here. Since it’s no longer summer, we had dinner inside, but when it’s warmer out, you can actually have dinner out in the vines, which seems like it would be really special.
