Wonderful position right on the canal and the main street. Wonderful room, small but all facilities and a wonderful reception on arrival. There are only 4 rooms so attention from owner second to none and all open onto a small courtyard. Excellent Italian breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Couldn't fault it.

"The host was fantastic and very friendly. Great location with easy access to Venice and Chioggia.
