The staff were old school, very professional and seem to love their job .
The hotel has character and is very welcoming and well presented. Beautiful flowers in the garden and freshly cut flowers in the hotel everywhere.
Housekeeping staff are excellent and our room was immaculate! Thank you!
The pool area and gardens are very relaxing to sit around.
It is a lovely change to see the family that actually own the hotel also live there and to see how much they care and they should be very proud as it is beautiful.

Pool was great. Staff Great. Room was great. Location was very good. Free undercover car parking was a bonus. Very relaxing. Breakfast was really good. We loved our stay. Visited the 3 islands of Lago Maggiore which was lovely.

All the staff were super friendly, especially the rooftop staff. The beds in the rooms are SO comfy!! I have slept better there than at home! The rooftop infinity pool and bar area is amazing. Quiet and relaxing for adults only. Great cocktails and food too. Room service super quick and lovely varied breakfast options. The view from the balcony is great and the hotel caters for everyone from all over the globe. We even got a kettle when asked. We were on honeymoon and had a nice little note and treats put out on arrival. Thank
