The staff were amazing and so helpful..the hotel was beautiful and clean. The Bed was comfortable It took about 20 minutes to walk to st Marcos square and Santa Lucia train station.

Strategically placed, even though it may seem far. It was around 15-20 min walk (through nice streets, canals,stop along for photographic sceneries, cafes etc) from the main spots - Rialto Bridge, San Marco Square, Teatro la Fenice etc. Quiet street even though next to the canal (we had a room with no canal view). Clean room & bathroom, comfortable. Staff was really helpful with our luggage, brought it to our room while we took a tour of the city before the room was ready. Helped me bring back my phone after having it forgotten in the room and left to the bus station. I called on my way the reception and they were very supportive, found the phone, called me back to announce and even met them on my way as they were coming towards me to meet (I was pressured on the bus &airplane timelines - 4am ). Thank you so much for the experience and looking forward to come back soon!

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk from Sant Angelo water bus stop, easy to get to from the airport, and about 20 minutes walk to most places. Wonderful staff! Marco and the rest were fabulous and took care of us really well.

I absolutely love the room and its excellent facilities. The dock outside our window provides convenient speedboat access to the airport. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Venice. Best of all are the magnificent Grand Canal views and warm hospitality. Beautiful memories！Jing

The location is very close to the train/bus station so if you don’t like walking with luggage this is the place for you because other than taking a water taxi, Venice is very much pedestrian so you have to walk everywhere. The room made you feel like you were in a palace, everything about it was magical. The breakfast was very delicious and made on the spot by the hotel staff. One thing to note, because for us it was a novelty: they hand you a menu with a lot of options, try not to order too much because everything you order will come on a different plate as a meal of its own. Order what you would like to eat first and then order some more once you’ve seen the portions.
