We had an amazing stay at this gem of a hotel in Venice! Its location on the Canal de la Giudecca is absolutely perfect—close enough to all the main attractions yet peaceful and away from the crowds. The modern design and comfortable amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist with anything we needed. Whether you’re visiting Venice for the first time or returning for another magical trip, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. We were also spoilt with a bottle of Prosecco in our room, as it was our honeymoon - this was a simple but lovely touch. The room is comfortable and modern and the location is fantastic - not just central but I can't stress enough how wonderful the view from the front is. You pay massive premiums for the restaurants along the canals but at Hotel L'Orologio you get it every morning for breakfast and every evening for drinks. Highly recommended and the only place we'll stay for future visits to Venice!

I very nice hotel, with a beautifull garden, located within few minutes walk from San Marco square. Especially for families is an excellent choice. Polite people working there and a breakfast that made us all happy.

Carnival Palace is a brand-new hotel offering ultra-modern rooms with wood floors and free Wi-Fi. Set in Venice's Jewish Ghetto area, it is 10 metres from the Tre Archi Vaporetto water bus stop.

The staff was great - the reception ladies were very nice and welcoming as well as the bar attender. The hotel is well situation, walking distance to the main attractions but on the quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast also very good. We would definitely stay here as well.

We had a fantastic stay on Piazza Santo Stefano—just a few steps from St. Mark’s Square and only about 2 km from the train station and parking garages. Our room was small but beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and even came with its own coffee machine for perfect morning espressos. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready with great local tips. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, savory options, and endless coffee. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more!

Set on Venice’s Grand Canal, Locanda Leon Bianco is set in a residential building opposite the Ca' da Mosto Palace.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Davide (the guy at the reception) gave me a Venice map and a bus schedule, explained where I can go, and what the main sights are. Then, they served me water and a croissant. It was quite :) The room was clean, and there was a soap, shower cap, slippers, towels, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and sugar. The atmosphere was like at Italian home.
