Location is good. It’s near Academia stop and also has a dock wherein you can board the taxi easily. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and Basilica di Santa Maria is around 10 mins. Breakfast is simple but good while the rooms where surprising. I was expecting an old hotel room but no it’s all modern and beds were comfy.

    Staying the second time. One of the best hotels in Venice. Charming, welcoming, comfy and clean.I did like everything. Outstanding customer service. Caring staff. We got an upgraded room with jacuzzi after mentioning it's a birthday celebration. The room is immaculate clean. Good sized and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. And a very good breakfast . Highly recommended.

    I was already very excited to come to this hotel, but I was even more thrilled when the lovely host Annalisa informed us that we had been upgraded to the best room on the fourth floor. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a breathtaking terrace overlooking the lagoon. It was also very spacious and comfortable. Annalisa at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with useful tips and recommendations. It was a beautiful stay, and I would definitely come back again!

    The rooms were very very clean and nice, pleasant to stay in. Signor Sergio was so nice that he upgraded our room for a bigger one at a higher floor, after the first night, for the next three. That was lovely. After our engagement/proposal day, Signora Marcella surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco that was waiting for us in the room. She was super nice and lovely, so helpful with everything and always attentive at breakfast to make sure we have everything we need. We feel like we made some friends in Venice! :)

    I organised my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary remotely and the staff was amazingly helpful arranging everything. Flowers, petals on the bed, champagne, fruits, massage in the room, birthday cake. Very responsive and always helpful. I booked the corner room with the jacuzzi and a view in the canal.

    Great hotel in a quiet area (which is hard to get in the middle of August in Venice). Lovely location and very walkable to central areas like Piazza San Marco and very accessible by Vaporetto as well. Rooms are lovely, the Jacuzzi on the terrace was an amazing add-on to relax after a long day walking in Venice. Breakfast was good as well, though quite busy at times.

    The location in Venice was excellent. We were upgraded to a luxury suite with outstanding facilities and a welcome bottle of Champagne. The suite also came with a terrace overlooking the city and Lagoon. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. It was a truly memorable stay and we were very fortunate to have had such excellent service in such a good hotel.

    the location was great! the rooms were lovely especially the jacuzzi ones a real treat after walking around all day. staff couldn’t be more accommodating and organised our transfer from the airport which was 10/10. modern & so clean! perfect for a romantic stay as a couple In the honeymoon suite & the rose petals they organised were amazing quality.
