Mr. Hussam and All staff were amazing and very kind and supportive. They will help you once you need ASAP. In addition the location is in the middle of a place that you can get to every were. I strongly recommend any one to stay at this very clean wonderful appartment.

Very big room, beautifully decorated with a view of the city. Everything was immaculately cleaned. The breakfast was of a great quality and variety, freshly cooked and baked. The staff was extremely polite and respectful. The valet drove the car to the garage and back.

The service from the heart even before I arrive in the hotel from Yara warms the heart informing us that they are upgrading us as the room we booked was not available. Upon check in, she made sure she came by reception to see if everything is fine and personally bring us to our rooms. Rooms were clean, functional and even though we stay just one night, we slept well. During breakfast, the team again delivers above and beyond with a great spread of buffet breakfast. Also, I didn't get his name but there's one team member of the hotel who was recommending us their best selections of food and even made sure we tried them, thank you for your hospitality! I would come back without a doubt! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning, high-class hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is spotless, elegant, and offers ideal accommodations. The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting. A huge thank you to Oulaia, Loujain and Dorra for their kindness, sweetness, and impeccable service — they are both lovely and so professional. A special thank you to Bayan for her generosity and heartwarming words that we will never forget. She is truly an exceptional woman with all the qualities of a great manager. And of course, a big thank you to Saeed whose incredible help with valet service and so much more, was deeply appreciated. Every person we encountered helped make this stay so special.
