I have pretty big history of staying in hotels but this one the best so far. Best quality-price ratio. The customer service is great. Every question and request was fulfilled without hesitation. The room was clean, the stuff was friendly, the views are amazing. Can only recommend.

Facilities were great, desert view also. Best was camel ride(20jod per person) and jeep ride(80jod per jeep) through the dessert. Owner and all other staff were really kind and great people. From pickup at Resthouse parking at Wadi Rum village to getting back to our cars, everyrhing went smooth and this was uniwue experience.

The Domes are spacious and beautiful allowing grand views. All the staff were attentive and responsive. The food was excellent. We stayed two nights. The double beds were spacious and comfortable. The shower good (check times for hot water).

    Easy pick-up and exciting travel to the camp. Provided us with a lovely lunch, a guided jeep tour and a wonderful dinner with the other guests. Cosy and relaxed feel. Polite and accomodating staff. The sunset and the stary sky are mental pictures I'll keep with me for the rest of my life.

    The location was peaceful, quiet and surreal. We were upgraded to the dome, and the room was immaculate and like a dream. The staff are lovely and make you feel so at home.

    Our stay was just magnificent! We will definitely come back! Everyone from the team is just so lovely, the dinner they served was amazing and we really enjoyed the time around the fire, just chatting with a cup of traditional tea. The camp is a real luxury, the fact that you have your own bathroom with hot water in the middle of a desert should not be taken for granted.

    Absolutely stunning location and the staff can’t do enough for you. There are excellent tours available but no hard selling, just available if you want them. We were upgraded to a bubble tent as it was quiet and the view was simply stunning. Lovely camp area with campfire and free tea all day and the meals are delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!
