Great place to stay, very clean and great view to the city, staff was kind and I could comunicate in English very well, a lot of Love Love decoration that will be of the linking of fans. Easy access from Numazu Station, either walking or by bus.

A beautiful spa resort with wonderful indoor and outdoor public baths. Many public areas to relax, and games rooms and table tennis tables. Nice view from our room. Nice choice of foods, Japanese and Western, served buffet style. We had a very spacious room, with a living area and huge bed.

Location was so near the train station only take a few minutes walk, staff was so helpful and friendly. We had an upper floor room and it’s big enough for us. In the other morning when we opened the curtains we see a beautiful Fuji Mountain just like in front of us, we’re so excited and happy. About the breakfast we had was so delicious.

The staff are nice. One of the staff use voice translator to communicate. When we bought the tickets of Izu Cactus Park, that staff tell us the hotel had provided the car service to there spontaneously. Discounted tickets of the Cactus Park.
