    Great location - few minutes walk from Kyoto station. Decent sized room. Good facilities (free use of washer/dryer) Lovely helpful staff. Great breakfast selection. Free tea/coffee facilities in reception at anytime of the day. Free drink at the bar each evening. Nice relaxed/chilled environment

    Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they spoke excellent English. Room was clean and spacious, very zen! The wood bath - WOW! Overall, a lovely place for us to relax during our honeymoon. Location wise, it was super convenient as it was basically a 1 minute walk to the train station, which took us to Nishiki Market within 10 minutes.

    We stayed for a few days during our honeymoon and had the most lovely experience! The staff was amazing and even left us surprises and a note in our room for our honeymoon. The stay was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortable, relaxing and authentic feeling experience. We highly recommend!
