Everything was perfect. From location next to the ropeway and pirate ship to the food and amenities. The room are very pretty and very comfortable. We have also booked the private onsen as you can't go into the public one with tattoos, but it's common in Japan, so nothing to complain about.

The view over Fuji was unbelievable, the staff were so friendly and it was super clean. The rooms felt spacious compared to other hotels we have visited. Highly recommend!

Great, kind and helpful staff. Nice and really comfortable room. Excellent onsen. Beautiful garden and view of the lake.

How relaxing it was. The rooms were beautiful and a great size. The personal outdoor baths were a huge bonus compared to other places. All the staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak English to us. The garden was out up and very nice. Violinist and piano player we're playing in common areas.

Good location & quiet room & sanitation. And morning&dinner restaurant were also good. Although I'm not fluent in Japanese, they help us so kindly. 　I am first at Hakone. I'm really falling for Hakone's peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to them, (One of them name is 'Liang' maybe, and her colleague; I heard from other colleague, next day). I was able to see Mt. Huji. , and it was memorable. It's all thanks to them. Routes, Bus-location, Bus-timetable, all of them can not be made without your helps. May all your futures be shiny. 🥰🥰
