I don't have a lot of experience with Ryoakans but this one met all my expectations. It's extremely clean, the rooms are are really pretty, the futons are comfortable. People wprking there are really helpful. I love it and recommend to anyone

it's very close to Hakone Yomoto station, shoreside with nice lake&forest view. The service is excellent and the traditional Japanese food is super nice! All of my family loves this fantastic stay in the hotel very much.

The staff were amazing. We were travelers who barely knew the language, but they were super patient and accommodating. You can tell that all the staff really care about service. Their onsen was super relaxing (make sure you go to the sister one in the building next door since it has more pools)
