Amazing old japanese house. The rooms are traditional with tatami mats, futong beds and sliding doors. Visting this place is a true experience in traditional Japanese culture. The location is also beautiful on top of a hill with the most beautiful over Onomichi. It's also very close to the station, restaurants and the starting point of the biking trail.

Great location with amazing view of Fukuyama castle day and night. 1 minute walk from the train station. Peaceful. Large room, large bed, good size bathroom, clean towels every day. Everything you need. Quietly efficient. Just one minute to the castle grounds. We spent a couple of nights, to see the castle and the other two museums. The Art Museum has fantastic views of the castle from the other side. Would recommend staying a couple of nights, if you can.

The hotel room was spacious and really comfortable. We took the breakfast option and found a really rich japanese-style buffet with lots of options. In addition, the customer service was unbeatable. We left something at our room after check out and they personally contacted us so that we wouldn’t leave any belongings behind! Really kind staff, comfortable bed and a great breakfast

The lady running the hotel was super friendly and welcoming. The views are exceptional and the Thai food in the restaurant was yummy. It's a short walk from the station but a but of a steep hill to get up to it which is why the views are so good but be aware. Rooms are simple but comfortable and reflect the price.
