Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. The gym was fully equipped with weights machines and cardio equipment. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. This hotel is an absolute find. We loved this hotel from the moment we walked in and were greeted in such a friendly way with a super smooth check-in process to every minute in the hotel. Our room was spacious (by Japanese standards) and well fitted with separate toilet and bathroom. Shower was superb. Bed very comfortable. Aircon/wifi great. The location is amazing - just out of the hotel turn left and you are in the Shinsaibashi bustling shopping area and turn right and you are in Dontonbori. Also Osaka Namba station is a five minute walk away (for the train to Nara). The hotel has free coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area at all times which was wonderful. Breakfast was a wide range of Japanese dishes and also Western style options such as toast and scrambled egg. Service was wonderful and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Family Mart convenience store just across the road for any extras we needed. We'd definitely come back here if we are in Osaka again.
