The hotel was easy to get to, it was very close to the train station. The room was a good size, clean, and everything went well.

The staff were warm, attentive, and speak good English! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All signages and appliances had English instructions, so it was easy to use all the room amenities. The free slippers and the rental pajamas are super nice. And the vegetarian breakfast - shojin ryori - was so delicious and beautiful.

The staff here are incredible. They go above and beyond: I needed to see an ENT and they helped find a specialist who treated me the same day, and saved my vacation. Also gave great recommendations, for things to do, like an onsen. To boot, the location is A+++ 🙏

Location was great! Good amenities and laundry services. You can buy shinkansen tickets from the station next to the hotel.
